Joey Leaphart was arrested last Tuesday in Augusta, Georgia for sucking an 18-year-old girl’s toes in Wal-Mart. Wait, what? The 43-year-old sex offender claimed he was filming a prank for America’s Funniest Home Videos and offered her $100 compensation for the toe sucking. She agreed to let him kiss her foot and suck her toes but when he approached, she suddenly had “cold feet” and screamed for help. Leaphart was also arrested earlier this year in South Carolina for asking Wal-Mart shopper if he could smell their shoes and kiss their feet.
